Before sunset Satori and I scoped out Chipeta Park, as some of our upcoming clients have said its been beautiful. Started out in the center of Nederland, got some photos in the bridge (if anyone knows the name of the artist who painted on the Nederland bridge, let me know!) …
and walked to creek Tungsten Trail to Chipeta Park. We met a little girl named Ivy there, and of course, Satori is always distracted when there’s other kids around, she just wants to play! Nothing wrong with that!
I got a few good photos out of the night, this being one, as I LOVE how the warm colors melted in the background like an Impressionist painting. This is SOOC - straight out of camera (aside from cropping for web), which I don’t do very much, that’s how much I like this particular image. 
AND… Since I couldn’t resist, I’ve uploaded a photo that I spent less than 2 minutes editing in Photoshop. I’m trying to find my particular “style”, let me know if you like the changes! Like I said, I did love the first image right out of the camera, so there might not be a whole lot of change! Click on the images to see the larger view.
